The Fatima Bint Mubarak Ladies Sports Academy in cooperation with the British Embassy in Abu Dhabi, organizes a workshop entitled: Fuelling the Female Athlete.
This workshop discusses the most important topics related to the nutrition of women athletes, such as:
-Fasting and women's health.
-Appropriate nutrition for women for proper athletic performance.
-Appropriate nutrition for women at different ages
