Delete Your FBMA Account

Fatima Bint Mubarak Ladies Sports Academy (FBMA) allows users of the FBMA mobile application to request deletion of their account and associated personal information.

1. How to Request Account Deletion

To request deletion of your FBMA mobile application account:

  1. Send an email from the email address registered with your FBMA account to info@fbma.org.ae.
  2. Use the subject: FBMA Account Deletion Request.
  3. Include your registered name, email address, and mobile number so that FBMA can verify your account.
  4. FBMA may contact you to verify your identity before processing the deletion request.
  5. Once verified, your account deletion request will be processed and you will receive confirmation.

2. Information That Will Be Deleted

After your deletion request has been verified and processed, FBMA will delete or anonymize personal information associated with your mobile application account where applicable, including:

  • Account and profile information.
  • Registered name and contact details associated with the app account.
  • Account preferences and profile data.
  • Other personal information that is no longer required to provide FBMA services.

3. Information That May Be Retained

Some information may be retained where necessary for legal, regulatory, financial, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or record-keeping requirements.

This may include:

  • Booking and reservation transaction records.
  • Payment and financial transaction records.
  • Records required for accounting, audit, legal, or regulatory purposes.
  • Security and fraud-prevention records where required.

Any retained information will only be kept for the period required by applicable legal, regulatory, operational, or contractual requirements.

4. Processing Time

FBMA will aim to process verified account deletion requests within 30 days. In some cases, additional time may be required where permitted or required by applicable laws or regulatory requirements.

5. Important Information

Deleting your FBMA account may result in loss of access to:

  • Your FBMA mobile application account.
  • Profile information.
  • Booking history available through your account.
  • Saved preferences and other account-related services.

Account deletion may not be reversible once completed.
